Get the latest from ADOT on major transportation improvements shaping the Southeast Valley. Learn about progress on the Loop 202 (San Tan Freeway) widening project between Loop 101 and Val Vista Drive, designed to increase capacity, reduce congestion, and improve traffic flow. Kimberly Larson — ADOT Community Relations Project Manager
Kimberly Larson has more than 20 years of experience in public sector communications in the Valley. She joined ADOT in 2020, becoming a Community Relations Project Manager in ADOT's Central District in December 2021. Kim is the liaison to the community and stakeholders for projects including the Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) widening project currently under construction, and a design project for the Loop 202 segment between Loop 101 and I-10, among others. Prior to joining ADOT, Kim worked in municipal government in public information officer and marketing communications manager positions.

Cynthia Wolfe — ADOT Community Relations Project Manager
Cynthia is the Community Relations Project Manager for the SR 24, Loop 202 to Ironwood Drive improvement project, as well as a number of other projects across the Valley, including the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) widening project in Scottsdale and the Loop 303, Lake Pleasant Parkway to I-17 improvement project in Phoenix and Peoria. Cynthia has been with ADOT for four years and serves as the primary liaison between the public and ADOT, working to ensure community members are informed and involved in all phases of project delivery.
