She joined ADOT in 2020\, becoming a Community Relations Project Manager in ADOT's Central District in December 2021. Kim is the liaison to the community and stakeholders for projects including the Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) widening project currently under construction\, and a design project for the Loop 202 segment between Loop 101 and I-10\, among others. Prior to joining ADOT\, Kim worked in municipal government in public information officer and marketing communications manager positions.Cynthia Wolfe   ADOT Community Relations Project Manager\nCynthia is the Community Relations Project Manager for the SR 24\, Loop 202 to Ironwood Drive improvement project\, as well as a number of other projects across the Valley\, including the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) widening project in Scottsdale and the Loop 303\, Lake Pleasant Parkway to I-17 improvement project in Phoenix and Peoria.
