Course Description (3 Hours CE):
Artificial intelligence is transforming how Arizona Realtors generate leads, market listings, and communicate with clients—but it must be used responsibly. This course shows agents how to leverage AI for increased productivity while staying compliant with Arizona law.

You’ll learn to distinguish AI assistance from professional judgment, avoid misrepresentation in AI-generated advertising and communications, and apply Arizona regulations under Title 32 and R4-28. The course also covers broker supervision expectations and key confidentiality and data privacy risks when using AI tools.

Walk away with practical strategies to use AI effectively while protecting your license, your clients, and your business.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
