Course Description (3 Hours CE):Artificial intelligence is transforming how Arizona Realtors generate leads, market listings, and communicate with clients—but it must be used responsibly. This course shows agents how to leverage AI for increased productivity while staying compliant with Arizona law.
You’ll learn to distinguish AI assistance from professional judgment, avoid misrepresentation in AI-generated advertising and communications, and apply Arizona regulations under Title 32 and R4-28. The course also covers broker supervision expectations and key confidentiality and data privacy risks when using AI tools.
