3 Hours  Requirements for Licensees +NAR Code of Ethics

 

Licensees will leave with a better understanding of how to build a business that is client-focused AND a business that adheres to ADRE regulations as well as the Code of Ethics. In addition, licensees will leave with a process for creating
a consumer-centered plan for success.

After today’s class, you will:

§Leave with a better understanding of the real estate profession

§Understand how to create a consumer-based business through fun group activities based on opening, marketing, and creating a sustainable consumer-centered business

§Understand the importance of the Code of Ethics in our relationships with clients, customers, prospects, and real estate professionals

§Define the skills of a consumer-centered real estate professional

§Determine appropriate communication techniques with consumers

§Determine available resources for a consumer-centered business

§Create a plan for your consumer-centered business

Create your plan of action for what to do after today
