Crime against real estate agents is predatory crime. This 60 minute entry level class will teach licensed real estate agents the knowledge and skills they need to avoid being a victim of a crime while engaged in the real estate sales profession. Students will learn the essential basics of the profile of who is attacking real estate agents, the obsessive-compulsive cycle of the predator, reducing the risk of being targeted, using Active Listening to reveal red flags, and safe showing tips including maximum visibility. There are no prerequisites for this class. Access to free books and videos will be provided during class.
