Learn all of the legitimate available remedies to avoiding a foreclosure including a short sale and other loss mitigation techniques. This course is part of the National Association of REALTORS® Foreclosure Prevention and Response (FPR) Program.

  • HUD approved counseling agencies as a champion for the consumer
  • National Consumer Law Center recommendations for preventing foreclosure
  • Loan modification guidelines set forth by the U.S. Treasury Department
  • Preparing for and submitting a short sale

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. After registering, you'll receive an email from Zoom with the class link.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
