When military staff and families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables make the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful.

The Military Relocation Professional Certification Course educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members, their families, and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and fully utilize available benefits and support.

To earn NAR’s MRP certification, students must:

• Be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®
• Complete the one-day Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification Core Course
• Complete two (2) one-hour webinars, which will be archived and available at www.MilitaryRelocationPro.org
• Submit an application, including payment of the $195 application fee.

Please note that there is a one-time application fee of $149 to receive the MRP certification. There are no annual dues.

This course offers GRI credit, ABR credit, and is a “stand-alone” NAR certification.

Presentation Notice

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Our education team will send a reminder email with the Zoom link the day before and the day of class.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS

To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
