After today’s class, you will:

• Understand the process of representing a Buyer in the purchase of new constructions
• Understand options for finding new construction inventory options for Buyers
• Understand items to obtain regarding new construction
• Understand the options for financing new construction
• Understand the purpose and importance of the Public Report
• Understand the process of signing a contract and the obligations of the Buyer
• Understand how to guide Buyers through the process of selecting options and upgrades
• Create a basic checklist that outlines the start-to-finish process of new construction
