Description

This course will cover rules and regulations in Section 1031 of the IRS Tax Cod. It will examine the language of the Additional Clause Addendum Lin 63 of the Arizona Real Estate Contract which refers to Tax-Deferred Exchanges. 1031 Case Studies will also be discussed to enhance agents' knowledge.
