Join WeSERV West Valley for the 23rd Annual WeC.A.R.E. Bruce Sumner Memorial Golf Tournament! Tee up for a day of golf, fun contests, fundraising activities, and raffles—all supporting WeC.A.R.E., a fund dedicated to helping WeSERV members facing hardship due to tragedy or illness.

Golfers of all skill levels are welcome! You don’t have to be a WeSERV member to participate—invite your family and friends to join your foursome, form their own foursome, or register as an individual golfer.

Come enjoy a fantastic day on the green while making a meaningful impact in the WeSERV community!

Event Highlights

• Contests: Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Putt (for both men & women)
• Awards: Prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and "Most Honest" team winners.
• Fundraising Activities: Games throughout the day—bring cash for a chance to win!
• Chances for Prizes: Bid on items in the silent auction, purchase raffle prize tickets and a 50/50 cash drawing.

6:30 AM: Registration, Range Practice, and Putting Contest
7:10 AM: Call to Carts
7:30 AM: Shotgun Start
After Golf: Lunch, Silent Auction, Raffle Prizes, 50/50 Drawing, and Award Ceremony

Registration 

Please register by Monday, April 20. To register, please complete the team or individual player registration and pay online. Golf registration includes green fees, cart, range balls, breakfast, and lunch per player. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Most sponsorship opportunities are available to WeSERV brokers, affiliates, and appraisers through Wednesday, April 22. Hole Sponsorships are open exclusively to WeSERV affiliates and will close at the end of the day on Thursday, April 16. 

All sponsors can provide company swag or individually packaged snacks for the golf bags. Please bring items to WeSERV by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 24. Hole sponsors may want to give these items to the players at the holes.

If you are interested in sponsoring the golf tournament, please register using the Sponsorship Registration button and either submit payment online or select the option to be invoiced for payment by check. You may also register to golf and sponsor individual players.

Raffle Prizes & Silent Auction Donations

We're also looking for silent auction items and raffle prizes. If you donate, please deliver the prizes to WeSERV West Valley by Wednesday, April 29, or to the golf course at sponsor check-in by 7:00 AM on the day of the tournament.
