Description

The 2-day SRS Designation course will redefine your "normal" and reinvent the way you represent sellers. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

You will learn to:

• Increase listings and grow your business
• Demonstrate and communicate your value package to seller clients
• Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice
• Understand and comply with state licensing laws when representing sellers
• Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need

Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. After registering, you'll receive an email from Zoom with the class link.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
