Description

This is an overview of the tactics and techniques taught in the 4-hour negotiating course. This program helps agents to develop some great negotiation tactics when there is only an hour to talk. This class punches above its one-hour weight class. Has been requested and taught repeatedly at national and international conventions when one-hour courses are preferred.
