James Cristbrook (ABR®, AHWD, C2EX), one of the founders and owners of Shain Park, REALTORS® in Birmingham, Mich., is NAR’s 2025 REALTOR® Party Community Engagement Liaison. A successful REALTOR® for over 20 years, James ranks in the highest percentile of all real estate professionals nationwide and ranked 11th of all REALTORS® in North America with his former company. James served as president of his local association, the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, in 2020. He has chaired the Diversity Committee for NAR. He is a certified Continuing Education and REALTOR® Code of Ethics instructor and an At Home With Diversity course instructor, coach, and mentor. He’s also an RPAC Major Investor.
This event is an effort to raise funds for RAPAC, and only REALTORS®, WeSERV affiliates, and their spouses can contribute to RAPAC. Learn about RAPAC and how investing in RAPAC can impact real estate. You can decide to make a voluntary investment. If you don't wish to invest in RAPAC, your admission payment will be used to help defray the cost of the event. Contributions made through the online and live auctions are investments in RAPAC. All investments in RAPAC are not refundable.
