Larissa holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Construction Management, bringing a unique combination of technical construction expertise and affordable housing leadership to redevelopment projects. Her experience spans the full spectrum of housing transactions, including public housing, Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Voucher programs, RAD conversions, affordable multifamily development, and student housing.
Larissa is committed to advancing the affordable housing industry through knowledge sharing, operational excellence, and strategic redevelopment practices that strengthen communities across Arizona.

Affordable housing plays a critical role in Chandler’s growth by helping bridge the gap between rising housing costs and local incomes. The City’s Public Housing Authority uses a variety of programs and redevelopment strategies to preserve and expand affordable housing as part of a broader housing continuum that includes rentals and homeownership. These housing options support working families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, helping them remain in the community. Understanding affordable housing, including correcting common misconceptions about it, is important for REALTORS® because it affects workforce availability, neighborhood stability, and the local housing market. Looking ahead, Chandler continues to pursue initiatives that expand housing choices and meet the needs of a growing population.
