This course will answer these questions.
- Why is a law firm stating the buyer should be present for the entire inspection?
- Why does an insurance company require an inspector to conduct only two inspections a day if they want to acquire E&O insurance?
- Are you using your brokerage's preferred home inspector? Do you know that may be against the law, and how do you know if it is?
- Do you use inspection companies that offer warranty packages? Do you know the "Trojan Horse" that may come with those warranties?
- Does your buyer know that some home inspectors inspect at the state minimum and others inspect beyond the minimum? We will go over the state minimum requirements for a home inspection and how they may influence your buyer's choice of an inspector.
