Clearly defining agency relationships is important. Clients deserve to know who is representing them and acting in their best interest. Buyer Agency, Seller Agency, Limited Representation, and real estate employment agreements will all be discussed. This class explores the various ways a client can be represented, along with the disclosures that are required to be made. You will learn how to cover your ass-ets and protect your commissions.
