My name is Derrick A. Denis, CIEC, CIAQP, CAC and I am a world-renowned environmental health and safety (EH&S) practitioner, educator, inventor, author, expert witness, and industry leader with 33 years of professional experience and a diverse background.

I am a motivational speaker and environmental consultant with a singular mission to KEEP PEOPLE FROM DYING EARLY. 

I am a seasoned impartial expert witness with a 60/40 Plaintiff/Defense split on my well over 100 cases in multiple state and federal venues. My most recent plaintiff case is as an expert in real estate matters for the Arizona Attorney General (AZAG).
