We invite you to a community presentation and open discussion given by BNSF Railway regarding the proposed Intermodal Hub development off US-60 near Wittmann, in Maricopa County. This project represents a major investment in Arizona’s transportation infrastructure and economic future.

The proposed hub plans are designed to enhance freight efficiency, reduce long-haul trucking congestion, and support regional growth. To move forward, BNSF is requesting changes to the current zoning to accommodate this state-of-the-art facility.

Speakers will share insights into the benefits of the Intermodal Hub, including job creation, improved logistics, and long-term sustainability. The presentation will be followed by an open Q&A session to engage with community members and address questions.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is expected to vote on this issue in the fall, and we encourage all interested parties to attend and learn more.
