Randy started his work career in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher and climbed his way to Vice President of operations of a large Steak House chain. His restaurant experience transfers well with the real estate industry with strong customer service skills and the ability to get things done. Since purchasing Bradley Properties from his uncle Bradley Bormann in 2013 Randy has honed his Real Estate expertise in all phases of residential sales, leasing, and HOA management. This includes buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant representation. Randy's goal is to provide exceptional service through close communication with all clients and customers. He strives to provide everyone with housing that is a step above the competition. Providing clean and well-maintained properties with prompt responses to all service requests, and maintenance helps maintain long relationships with both owners and residents.
