Rachel Waterbury comes from a background of 20+ years in the hospitality industry, owning and running a B&B in Iowa for 15 years and Vacation Rental Properties in Arizona since 2018. She brings her expertise as well as her friendly and caring attitude when working with her real estate clients.  Every client is unique and deserves the same treatment, whether a first-time buyer or real estate investor with a large portfolio!

Rachel attained her bachelor's degree and has taken several classes towards her Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  She worked for six years in the Behavioral Health field as an Administrative Manager.  Rachel decided to complement her already successful vacation rental business by pursuing her dream of becoming a real estate agent to help her clients also attain their dream of home ownership and investment.

Rachel Waterbury is married and lives in Sierra Vista Arizona with her husband. They have three grown daughters. She is active in her church and spends her free time working on “fix it” projects at their vacation rental properties and spending time with her family.
