Phil Richardson has made his home in Arizona since 1987. He and his wife, Julie, have been married 33 years. They have four sons, 9 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He has been involved in real estate in the area since 1993. In 1999 he purchased the franchise for Realty Executives Wickenburg. In 2002 he was awarded the Realtor of the Year award by the Glendale-West Maricopa Board of Realtors. He has served on the Glendale-West Maricopa Assoc. of Realtors Board of Directors for eight years, serving as President in 2005. During his Presidency, the merger with the Lake Pleasant Assoc. took place, forming WeMAR (West Maricopa Assoc. of Realtors). He has served on the National Association of Realtors as a Director, Arizona Association of Realtors as a Director, and Region 2 as Vice-President.

He served on the Wickenburg Planning and Zoning Commission for seven years, serving two years as Chairman. He also served on the Wickenburg Town Council, Desert Caballeros Board of Directors, Wickenburg Economic Development Committee, and Wickenburg By-Pass Oversight Committee.

He moved to the Prescott Area in 2015, after 30+ years in Wickenburg. In Prescott, he became the office manager for Century 21 Arizona West and then in 2019 moved over to Realty One Group Mountain Desert.

In his spare time, he enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and sometimes playing a round of golf.
