I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004, I earned my Brokers license in 2013, and I opened my own brokerage in 2018. I have extensive knowledge related to the Phoenix Metro real estate market, and with my Master of Business Administrative (MBA) degree; I have a business education rarely seen among my peers. I am also very involved in several professional organizations. I served as a 2-term President of West Valley Women's Council of REALTORS®, I am a multiple-term Scholarship Chairperson with Arizona State Women’s Council of REALTORS®, I am a multi-term Trustee on the Board of Directors with WeSERV (West & Southeast REALTORS® of the Valley), and a multi-term Director with Arizona Association of REALTORS®.  Additionally, I have chaired and have been a member of many REALTOR® Association committees and councils including, but not limited to, Professional Development, Risk Management, Government Affairs, Member Engagement, and the Leadership Academy.  I am also a Certified Negotiations Expert, a Certified Military Residential Specialist, a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, and a Certified Military & Veteran Housing Specialist. My experience and education have enriched the depth of my knowledge, and helped me to bring a well-rounded skillset to my business and to the organizations that I belong to.

On a personal level, I understand the value of serving my community.  I have a teenaged daughter, and I am a regular school and extracurricular activity volunteer. I have served as the Treasurer for the Family Readiness Office at the 161st Air Refueling Wing, and was recognized as Volunteer of the Year. My stepson served six years in the United States Navy, and my husband is a Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force.  He has served for nearly 40 years, and continues that service today. I feel that my extensive involvement, diplomatic negotiating skills, understanding of business and real estate, leadership skills, and love for my country and community, help to keep me well balanced and well informed. 

Lastly, I am an avid animal lover, and have what feels like a small farm at home. My chickens, bunny, fish, cat, and dog entertain me and provide lots of love daily.  My animal and human family mean the world to me, and if I could spend every day of my life outdoors, I would!
