Welcome! I’m Linda Chafey, a dedicated real estate broker serving Arizona's East Valley since 2010. After becoming a broker in 2013, I proudly purchased the NextHome Source franchise, merging my passion for helping people with my love for beautiful homes and design.

With a background in education, I take pride in empowering my clients by educating them on market trends, local amenities, and my effective negotiation strategies. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, looking to move up or down, interested in new home sales, or exploring luxury and investment properties, I am here to help you navigate the real estate landscape with confidence.

I hold several professional designations, including GRI, REALTOR, ABR, AHWD, SRS, BPOR, MRP, and CNE, reflecting my commitment to ongoing education and excellence in the field. My approach is centered around understanding your needs and providing personalized, expert guidance every step of the way.

In addition to real estate, I am passionate about health and fitness. As a macro coach I am continually expanding my knowledge in the macro nutrition field, I work out five times a week and enjoy walking and hiking. These pursuits keep me energized and focused, allowing me to give my best to my clients.

When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, I love to travel and sail with my wonderful husband, Rick, while cherishing time spent with family and friends. I believe that a home is more than just a place to live; it’s where memories are made.
