Mission Statement


My mission is to provide professional, honest, reliable service with quick results to my clients.  I have the organizational tools to be able to deliver quick results, with the least number of issues and netting the highest amount of money for your home.


Background


I've been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002 holding the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations. I completed studies for my Brokers license in October 2007.

I started in the industry with the master developer of Fountain Hills AZ, MCO Properties. Here I coordinated with marketing and public relations as well as the charitable contributions program. During this time, I was exposed to the land development side of the business.

I then went to work for Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate, starting the brokerage from the ground up with the Designated Broker/Owner. I worked side-by-side with the Broker in managing the office, handling listing and sales files, sales coordinator for other agents, and event planning. I then went into full time sales as an agent listing and selling custom, semi-custom, condominiums, resale homes, lender owned, short sales, and multi-family zoned land.

I relocated to the east valley of Phoenix metro in 2005 working with Sonoran Lifestyle and then RE/MAX focusing on the same as Fountain Hills with an emphasis in lender owned properties. I continue to do business in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale with more attention to the Chandler, Gilbert, Gold Canyon, Maricopa, Mesa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley areas. 

I then began my own business, Carlson Real Estate Specialists, in May of 2017 and happy to say it has been wonderful!

Today as well as what has already been mentioned, I am now working with investors, guiding, and helping them understand the real estate sales process, providing invaluable feedback on repairs, and statistical information for timing purposes to help maximize their profits.  Working in the bank foreclosure business I learned how to provide information in a quick and efficient manner along with providing necessary market analysis with great accuracy.

Prior to holding a real estate license, I worked in a different aspect of real estate as a junior escrow officer in the title and escrow side of the business. I also gained invaluable experience in customer service while employed by Southwest Airlines as a ticket and operations agent.

I hold seven RE/MAX Club awards: Executive Club 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015 and 100 Percent Club 2011 for the recognition of outstanding sales performance and achievements in the real estate profession.

I have lived in the Valley for over 40 years and have a first-hand knowledge of the different cities and towns to identify market trends and consumer needs.  I’ve made personal investments in the east valley to enhance my understanding of what it means to capitalize on my investments and to limit liabilities, which in turn will benefit you. 

My goal is to continue to build my business helping people with making their most important decision in their life, while maintaining the quality of work and communication I have shared with past, present, and satisfied clients!
