| 3 Hours Fair Housing Credit |
This course examines the evolution of Fair Housing laws from 1968 to current federal and Arizona protections, and emerging issues that can create Fair Housing violations in today’s real estate market. Through current examples, case law, discussions, and case studies, participants will explore topics including protected classes, disability accommodations, advertising, bias, steering, and artificial intelligence. Agents will also learn practical best practices to reduce Fair Housing risk.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. The cut off time for CE Credit is 10 minutes after the start of the class. If you join after the 10 minute cut off, you have joined too late for CE Credit.
