Risk Management can affect your bottom line. This class identifies real estate risks and shows you how to protect yourself by being aware of negligent behavior and misrepresentation.

Cancellation Policy: Fees will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge if written notification is received 48 hours prior to class. After that, no refunds will be given. No-shows forfeit all fees.

Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. After registering, you'll receive an email from Zoom with the class link.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
