Discuss the history of Fair Housing in Arizona in light of the Federal Laws as they changed over time. Gain an understanding of current Arizona and local laws in Phoenix and Tucson and the outcomes of the NEWSDAY Long Island study.

Instructor, Liz Hill

Liz is a REALTOR®, WeSERV member, Designated Broker/Owner of Sonoran Rose Real Estate as well as Owner/Instructor for Camelback School of Real Estate.

She is currently an ADRE approved instructor for pre-licensing salesperson, broker pre-licensing, Continuing Education & specialty topics. She is also an approved Arizona REALTORS® instructor for GRI courses.

From 2021 – 2022 Liz held the position of Assistant Commissioner Licensing Services with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, managing three divisions: Licensing, Education & Development Services.

She holds the following REALTOR® designations/certifications:

GRI, ABR®, RENE, RCRMS, MRP, BPOR, AHWD, RSPS, C2EX, as well as the Arizona REALTORS® Education Achievement Award for 2022 & 2023.

Liz is also certified as a Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) from the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Once registered, you will receive a reminder email with the Zoom link one business day before the class and again on the morning of the class.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
