The WeSERV Marketing Home Tours Committee works to bring Association members the opportunity to showcase their listings. The sole purpose is to utilize one another and ultimately get your REALTOR® colleagues to walk through your listing and help get it sold.

Everyone is welcome! You don’t need to have a home on the tour to attend and visit the properties! If you would like to attend a tour but don’t currently have a home scheduled to be on tour, please contact the Tour Coordinator for availability and a current tour schedule.

Getting on a Marketing Home Tour is an easy and rewarding process. Follow this simple guide, and you’ll be well on your way to marketing your next home tour.

Step One: Locate the Tour Coordinator for the city you wish to participate in.

Step Two: Submit the MLS Buyer Page to the appropriate Tour Coordinator.

Step Three: The Tour Coordinator will contact you within 24-48 hours with detailed information that includes:

• Date as to when your home will be shown.
• The time when the Home Tour will commence.
• The location of the Home Tour meeting.
• Contact information should you have any additional questions.
