This class will help equip you with essential knowledge on three critical topics: water management, Firewise practices, and deed fraud prevention. You'll gain insights into Arizona Water Management and the questions buyers should ask about water. We'll also delve into Firewise principles, teaching you how to implement safety measures that protect properties from wildfires. Additionally, we'll cover the red flags of deed fraud and the steps to safeguard against fraudulent activities that could jeopardize property ownership.
