The 2024 East Valley Sales Awards event

THE REGISTRATION FORM INCLUDES THE APPLICATION. 

Due to overwhelming response, there will be TWO President's Roundtable Awards Ceremonies this year.  If you plan on attending the East Valley President's Roundtable Awards make sure you choose the Application Fee + Awards Ceremony Registration type.  

The West Valley event will occur on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the WeSERV West Valley, 9001 W. Union Hills Blvd, Ste 8, Peoria, AZ from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  The cost of this event is $45 in addition to your application fee of $30.  If you plan on attending the West Valley Awards Ceremony, please choose that event on the event calendar on April 25, 2025.

The Southeast Valley event will occur on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at The Avion Center, 1733 E. Northrop Blvd., Chandler, AZ. 85286, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  The cost of this event is $45 in addition to your application fee of $30.

Applications are due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 26, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO UPLOAD YOUR SALES INFORMATION AND HAVE IT AVAILABLE.

Step-By-Step Awards Entry Process:

1. Retrieve your ARMLS® Agent Listing Activity Report:
a. Go to https://armls.flexmls.com and log in.
b. Click on “Menu”.
c. Click on “Inventory and Production Reports” under
Statistics.
d. Click on “Agent Listing and Sales Summary”, then click on
"Run Report”.
e. Input the date range of 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2024.
f. Click on the option “Show my activity from prior offices”,
then click on “Next”.
g. Save /print the report as a pdf file.  Upload the report into your application when prompted.

2. If you want non-ARMLS sales to be included in your application, please upload a list of properties closed, including address, sales price, date of closing, and if you closed one or two sides of the transaction. Please upload the form at the end of this application when prompted.

3. Once you have your sales information click on the Register button for this event.

4. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
