Join Government Affairs at our Outlying Chapter Webinar with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. AZRE Deputy Commissioner, Mandy Neat and Assistant Commissioner, Liz Recchia will be joining us to discuss updates from the Department, focusing on the Rule Updates of A.A.C. Title 4 Chapter 28.

Mandy Neat
Deputy Commissioner Neat is over all of operations within the Arizona Department of Real Estate. The Departments divisions are Licensing, Development Services, Public Record Requests, Education, Investigations, Auditing, Enforcement, and Auditing. Prior to her appointment as Deputy Commissioner, she was a managing broker for one of the fastest growing franchises in the real estate profession and has enjoyed her tenure in real estate for over 20 years. Neat was also the Treasurer for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and served on committees and held numerous leadership roles for her local association WeSERV®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Neat is an advocate for real property ownership as well as assisting real estate professionals succeed while protecting the public of Arizona. She truly believes in her value statement of "Making YOU Matter!!" As a Deputy Commissioner of Real Estate, Neat brings her experience and professionalism in updating auditing and investigation processes, ensuring real estate education is relevant, and working to improve general review processes and priorities in the Department to align them with current business models in the profession.
Liz Recchia

Liz spent over 21 years as a licensee owning her own brokerage for more than 10 years. During that time she performed commercial and residential property sales. Liz owned her own real estate school teaching Pre-licensing and continuing education classes across central and southern Arizona. In 2016, Liz closed her brokerage and became the Government Affairs Director for WeMAR, now WeSERV. During the time she was Government Affairs Director, WeSERV impacted and influenced local government and economic development policy. In April 2024, Liz became the Assistant Commissioner at the Arizona Department of Real Estate and began working to update the Arizona Real Estate Administrative Code along with Commissioner Nicolson, Deputy Commissioners Neat and Knupp, and Assistant Commissioner Kowaleski.
