How Buyer Loyalty is Earned
Learn the best practices of representing the needs of home buyers during the real estate transaction.

The ABR® Designation: For Real Estate Buyer Agents
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The designation program establishes a foundation of training skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer's representative. This two-day course is specifically designed to; help you conduct a buyer counseling session, sign buyer-clients to a written buyer representation agreement, negotiate buyer-clients offers, and bring the transaction to a successful close.

Please Note: The class material is copyrighted and is not to be shared.

When you decide to earn your ABR®, you gain:

  • Ongoing specialized information, programs, and updates that help you stay on the top of the issues and trends associated with buyer representation.
  • Access to members-only benefits such as marketing tools and resources, which provide an additional competitive edge for ABR® designees.

Requirements: Before applying to become an ABR®, you must complete the ABR® core course, one elective option, and five (5) transactions. Many of these elective options also count toward other designation or certification requirements.

REBAC Dues: The first year of REBAC membership is free. The second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you join REBAC. Dues are $110 annually thereafter.
