2026 Salute to Veterans Trunk or Treat Car Show

JOIN US! Fall Fun For The Whole Family!

Saturday, October 24^th from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM 

for the WeSERV Southeast Valley Motorsports Group’s 

Annual Trunk or Treat Car Show and Fall Festival! 

You can look forward to:

• Vehicles from different eras & genres, motorcycles, & side-by-sides
• Vehicles will be competing for:
• Best in Show, Top 10, & Car Club with the most representation!
• Shop our Fall Festival full of local small businesses to support
• Halloween Costume Contest for Kids, Teens, AND Adults!
• Trunk or Treating for Kids & Teens!
• Enter our Toolbox Raffle and 50/50!
• Food Trucks, live DJ, and so much more!

All net proceeds will be donated through the Real Wishes Foundation to the following Veteran Charities: 

• Soldiers Best Friend
• Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP)
• San Tan Valley Veterans Center
• Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Outdoor Fund
• WeC.A.R.E.
• Donate anytime to Real Wishes Foundation, 2026 Arizona Tax Credit

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - Deadline to Register: September 27^th  

You can pre-order commemorative T-shirts ($15 each) with your registration by 9/27 

CARS: $10 Vehicle Registration Fee – Dash Plaques are Guaranteed for Vehicles Registered by 9/27- Please Bring Candy for the Kids!

VENDORS: $100 Vendor Booth Fee for 10x10 Space – Must Use Weights for Tents & Must Submit a Copy of Your TPT License for the City of Mesa to WeSERV If You Plan to Sell Merchandise -  Apply for a TPT License – Please Bring Candy for the Kids! - Deadline to Register is October 16^th.

 FOOD TRUCKS: 

10% of Sales will be due at the end of the event. You are required to submit your Business License and Proof of Insurance, along with your Registration. 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES – Deadline to Register: September 27^th 

Showcase Sponsor - $1500.00 – 1 Spot Available

This sponsor gets first choice of vendor space, two T-shirts with the company logo, dash plaques, two trophy sponsorships, and the opportunity to address the audience from the DJ Booth for up to 2 minutes, up to 5 times during the event.

Major Sponsor - $750.00 – 6 Spots Available

This sponsor gets a prime vendor space, one T-shirt, company logo on the T-shirts, and the opportunity to address the audience from the DJ Booth for up to 2 minutes, up to 2 times during the event.

Portable Restroom Sponsor - $300 – 2 Spots Available

This sponsor will have marketing at all restrooms and sinks, plus a vendor space.

Dash Plaque Sponsor - $250 – 1 Spot Available

This sponsor will have their company logo printed on all dash plaques, and 2 vendor parking spaces.

T-Shirt Vendor - $200 – 8 Spots Available

This sponsor will have their company logo printed on all T-shirts

Trophy Sponsor - $60 – 11 Spots Available

This sponsor will have their company logo printed on all trophies

Waiver and Disclaimer: In consideration for and acceptance of the WeSERV Motor Sports Group Car Show, the undersigned vendor hereby fully and unconditionally agrees to the following: To release West & SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley, Inc. (WeSERV) and Bass Pro Shops, their representatives, agents, and employees from any liability, personal injury, loss or damage to property and to assume all risks including civil disturbance, riot, public commotion, negligent acts, or violence of third parties arising from or related to the October 17, 2026, Car Show, release all event officials, jointly and severally from any liability arising from said event, warrant that the undersigned has personally read the above rules, maintains a valid auto liability insurance policy, and will abide by said rules and regulations and the event policies on the day of the show.
