About this Class

Perception Is Reality

Learn the in's and out's of fair housing and how perception IS reality. This class will teach you how you can protect yourself and decrease your risks of being accused of discrimination and receiving a federal fair housing violation.

Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.

Important Technical and Format Details
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.

Instructors, Mike & Sally Liddicoat

Mike & Sally Liddicoat will always be found team teaching. They have a great relationship as husband and wife and their interaction adds a great dimension to their classes. They both connect with students and draw them in while delivering relevant content in a fun and engaging manner leaving students wanting more.

Mike spent years motivating, inspiring and educating people through his wit and energetic stage presence. He started his speaking career at large multi-level marketing conventions and business meeting years ago.

Sally has spent nearly all of her adult life as an entrepreneur. She enjoys helping people to grow themselves and their businesses.

Today as successful real estate agents and owners of both Weichert, Realtors® -Peak Performance and Peak Performance School of Real Estate, Mike and Sally are able to bring their experience and passion together to help real estate agents grow their businesses.

On a personal note, Mike and Sally enjoy traveling and spending time with their kids and grandchildren. They have even found a way to combine all of their passions - they teach CE via "Cruisin' 4 Credits" and often the family comes with .
