In this class, you’ll learn the laws and trends involving short-term rentals in Arizona, including the legal landscape of operating a short-term rental within an HOA community. We’ll discuss the best practices to follow if you want to operate a short-term rental and possible strategies to successfully prevent another homeowner from using their home as a short-term rental. We’ll review real-life examples illustrating the “dos and don’ts” involving short-term rentals.
