This course encompasses two key components: goal setting and the development of an Economic and Lead Generation Model tailored to the real estate industry. The Economic Model is designed to assist you in dissecting your closing objectives. Through it, you'll establish the number of appointments required annually and evaluate your year-end Gross Commission Income (GCI).
Meanwhile, the Lead Generation Model serves as the strategic blueprint for realizing the objectives outlined in the Economic Model. By the end of this course, you will have in your possession a well-documented roadmap for achieving success in 2024, complete with a 1-3-5 planning worksheet.
