Understand the general concepts of agency law and professional conduct in Arizona real estate practice. We’ll dive into professional conduct, duties to clients, duties to others, and portions of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.

Instructor, Liz Hill
Liz is a REALTOR®, WeSERV member, Designated Broker/Owner of Sonoran Rose Real Estate, and the Owner/Instructor for Camelback School of Real Estate. She is an ADRE-approved instructor for pre-licensing salesperson, broker pre-licensing, continuing education, and specialty topics. She is also an approved Arizona REALTORS® instructor for GRI courses. From 2021-2022, Liz held the position of Assistant Commissioner Licensing Services with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, managing three divisions: Licensing, Education & Development Services.
