About Buffy Sanchez

With over two decades of experience in education and nearly a decade specializing in stress management, I offer a unique blend of practical teaching expertise and evidence-based wellness strategies to help professionals create sustainable work/life balance. In 2016, I earned a graduate degree in Education Intervention, marking a pivotal transition from traditional education into professional wellness and balance coaching. This advanced training opened the door to my current position at Arizona State University, teaching Stress Management Tools 1 and 2, and launched my mission to help high-achieving professionals thrive without sacrificing their well-being. I am committed to transforming the narrative around professional success—proving that peak performance and personal well-being aren't competing priorities, but complementary forces that amplify each other.

She is deeply rooted in community service, volunteering through multiple REALTOR® committees, serving as the 2026 WeSERV Chair Elect for RAPAC, and supporting families in need as a board member for Lighthouse for Hope.
