Instructor, Tim O'Neall
Tim O’Neall, ACI is the founder and president of AZ Property Inspections and is a licensed and ASHI Certified Home Inspector. Tim has personally conducted more than 17,000 residential and commercial inspections since 1996. He has a background in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Tim’s high energy and interactive class gives students an in-depth understanding of the inspection process from the Inspector’s perspective.
