We are thrilled to welcome Tim Beaubien, Senior Director of Government Affairs for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), as our special guest speaker to deliver a crucial 2026 legislative update. As your dedicated voice down at the state Capitol, Tim will break down the latest bills, housing policies, and infrastructure decisions impacting your real estate business. During this session, he will recap the 2026 Legislative Session Policy Agenda, sharing the major policy victories secured this year, highlighting pro-real estate bills signed into law, and reviewing the harmful legislation that was successfully defeated.

In addition to the legislative recap, Tim will provide an exclusive preview of the 2026 Primary Election. Drawing on over a decade of government affairs experience and his role as Treasurer of RAPAC, he will discuss the Arizona REALTORS® candidate endorsement process and highlight the REALTOR® champions who received official endorsements from RAPAC.
