Most Common Real Estate Disputes That Go to Court in 2025 and Beyond

This course provides Arizona real estate professionals with an in-depth understanding of the most pressing legal issues in real estate transactions and litigation. Covering current trends, contract disputes, easement and well-sharing issues, neighbor disputes, and title/lien disputes, the course blends lecture, case studies, and interactive discussion. Students will learn to identify risks, minimize liability, and navigate disputes effectively, with a focus on statutory and case law authority, recent legislative changes, and practical strategies for compliance and risk management.
