Whether you’re a seasoned real estate agent or brand new to the industry, we know the home inspection period can be stressful for you, your buyers, and your sellers. We aim to give you the knowledge you need to guide your clients through this process smoothly and efficiently.

This class will cover: 

  • The basics of the home inspection process 
  • What to expect on inspection day 
  • How to read and interpret the inspection report 
  • The biggest safety, financial, and client concerns 
  • A brief overview of how a home is built and home components 
  • Photos, videos, & plenty of time for Q&A

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. After registering, you'll receive an email from Zoom with the class link.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. The cut off time for CE Credit is 10 minutes after the start of the class. If you join after the 10 minute cut off, you have joined too late for CE Credit.
