After today’s class, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the new construction sales process and how to successfully represent buyers throughout each stage of the transaction. Participants will learn the significance of establishing an agency relationship with new construction sales representatives and gain insight into the full process of representing a buyer purchasing a newly built home. The class also covers effective strategies for locating new construction inventory, important documents and information to obtain during the transaction, and available financing options for new builds. In addition, attendees will learn the purpose and importance of the Public Report, the contract signing process, and the buyer’s obligations under the agreement. The course further explores how to guide buyers through selecting design options and upgrades while maintaining a smooth transaction experience. By the end of the class, participants will be able to create a practical start-to-finish checklist to confidently manage the entire new construction process.
