Iva Slavtcheva– Senior Business Development Manager – Moneycorp USA 

The Moneycorp group serves the growing foreign exchange needs of businesses and individuals, providing tailored solutions and a high level of customer service.

Originally from Bulgaria, Iva joined the Moneycorp team in 2014 and has been instrumental in the company’s expansion throughout the US. Specializing in personal money transfers, Iva has been directly working with individuals buying or selling properties internationally, emigrating, or simply covering overseas living expenses. She currently manages Global Partnerships at Moneycorp, provides education to real estate professionals, helping them grow their international business.

Nena Mahlum Mills - FIRPTA Solutions

Nena has been in the industry since 2012 and currently serves as the National Education Director for FIRPTA Solutions. She specializes in all things FIRPTA related, which has affectionately earned her the title “FIRPTA Queen”. Nena is an IRS designated Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) and a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) and has spent the last 13 years sharing her FIRPTA knowledge with countless realtors and title agents through classes, speaking engagements, expos, and other networking events.

Nena received her Master of Business Administration degree with a Concentration in International Business in 2013 from Webber International University, after simultaneously earning two Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees: one with a concentration in Marketing and the other with a concentration in Accounting.

Nena is a native Floridian, and when not working with foreign sellers and buyers, she loves to read, play Bunco, watch Law & Order, and spend time with her husband, Troy, and their children.
