14 Credit Hours: 3 Requirements for Licensees, 3 Disclosures, 3 Fair Housing, 5 Real Estate Legal Issues + NAR Code of Ethics


Risk Management can affect your bottom line. This class identifies real estate risks and shows you how to protect yourself by being aware of negligent behavior and misrepresentation.

Instructor: Liz Hill

This class meets the NAR Ethics Training requirement.

Cancellation Policy: Fees will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge if written notification is received 48 hours prior to class. After that, no refunds will be given. No-shows forfeit all fees.
