"Show & Disclose: Mastering Real Estate Disclosures" is a meticulously designed 3-hour continuing education course tailored for real estate professionals who aim to deepen their understanding and mastery of the disclosure process. This course zeroes in on the critical areas commonly associated with legal challenges, particularly focusing on the nuances of seller and buyer disclosures during the inspection phase. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge to navigate the intricacies of disclosure, thereby minimizing the risk of legal entanglements that frequently ensnare real estate practitioners. By shedding light on the significance of comprehensive disclosure practices, this course empowers participants to protect themselves and their clients effectively.

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. The cut off time for CE Credit is 10 minutes after the start of the class. If you join after the 10 minute cut off, you have joined too late for CE Credit.
