The ABR® Designation: For Real Estate Buyer AgentsThe Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The designation program establishes a foundation of training skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer's representative. This two-day course is specifically designed to; help you conduct a buyer counseling session, sign buyer-clients to a written buyer representation agreement, negotiate buyer-clients offers, and bring the transaction to a successful close. Requirements: Before applying to become an ABR®, you must complete the ABR® core course, one elective option, and five (5) transactions. Many of these elective options also count toward other designation or certification requirements.
REBAC Dues: The first year of REBAC membership is free. The second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you join REBAC. Dues are $110 annually thereafter.
