We’ll kick things off at 8:30 AM at New Penny Cafe in Avondale, where we’ll gather, grab a coffee, and then head out together for a guided tour experience. This is more than just showings—it’s a chance to connect with fellow brokers, share ideas, and spark buyer interest in a fun, upbeat setting.

🚨 Seats are limited! The Broker Tour Van is available for the first 16 real estate professionals who register. Additional attendees are welcome to join by carpooling along the tour route.
