This course will address the Arizona Condominium Act, condominium legal classification in Arizona, development of a condo project, restrictions of condominiums, and the distinction between condominiums and other property types. It will also provide an overview of important distinctions consumers should know about condominiums, given the unique details involved in condominium transactions.

Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
